  Mayer has been honored with awards for many years, has gold and silver medals from the Society of Illustrators. Crazy imagination, often funny, always cheerful and leaves no one indifferent. I will focus on his Strange Dreams, a collection of small compositions in gouache on watercolor paper. These are works that, according to Bill, convey emotional content, using a poetic meaning, with surreal motifs.
